HR EXECUTIVE JOB DESCRIPTION

This is a 360 marketing agency that specialises in digital and social media marketing. We help our clients build a strong presence in their industries through creative strategies. From PR to SMM, Creative Direction to Performance Marketing, Website and SEO - at Trendingg, we develop personalised strategies for each brand to help them stand out online.

Working Model

Onsite Location: Udyog Vihar, Gurugram Days: Monday to Friday + Alternate Saturdays Timings: 10:00am - 6:00pm or 9:00am - 5:00pm Role: Full-time

Note: The candidate must bring their own laptop/device

Compensation

CTC: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience) Benefits: Flexible Work Hours

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Hiring (End-to-End): • Managing the complete recruitment cycle - sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews • Understanding role requirements and aligning hiring strategies accordingly • Communicating with candidates throughout the hiring process and ensuring a smooth experience • Coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders for timely hiring

HR Operations & Employee Management: • Assisting with onboarding and maintaining employee records • Managing day-to-day HR operations and documentation • Supporting employee engagement and internal communication • Handling basic HR queries and ensuring a smooth employee experience

Communication & Coordination: • Managing internal and external communication across teams • Drafting professional emails, messages, and coordination notes • Working closely with different departments to ensure alignment and clarity

Important Note

This is a dynamic and broad role. While the above outlines key responsibilities, it is not limited to them. As you will be working closely with the CEO, you may be assigned additional tasks related to communication, coordination, and other business requirements.
