About the Organization

Diabetes Health Foundation is a charitable organization working in community healthcare, diabetes awareness, screening and preventive healthcare, with a special focus on rural and tribal populations.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, organized and responsible individual to join our Human Resources team and support our growing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, candidate screening and interview coordination.
• Support employee onboarding, documentation and record management.
• Maintain attendance, leave and employee databases.
• Assist in payroll preparation and HR administration.
• Coordinate employee performance reviews and KPI monitoring.
• Support HR policy implementation and employee engagement.
• Prepare HR reports, trackers and management updates.
• Coordinate with field teams and departmental supervisors.

Eligibility

• MBA HR, BBA, B.Com, BMS or graduates with relevant HR knowledge.
• Interns, freshers and candidates with 1–2 years of HR experience may apply.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office and email communication.
• Familiarity with Zoho People, ZingHR, Darwinbox or other HRMS platforms will be an added advantage.
• Willingness to learn and work in a performance-driven environment.
