You will partner with the business leader in the execution of talent strategy, implementing HR policies & processes in specific business units. Your role will involve enabling managers in the business unit in all aspects of people management, creating awareness within the business unit on matters related to HR policy, and driving compliance to organization norms. Additionally, you will contribute to enhancing employee engagement & retention of the business unit and drive special initiatives/projects across the organization on a need basis.
