Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable HubSpot solutions.
Implement, configure, and optimize HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub.
Design and automate workflows, lead nurturing journeys, and sales processes.
Configure custom properties, pipelines, dashboards, and reports.
Oversee
HubSpot integrations
with ERP, Salesforce, payment systems, and other third-party platforms via APIs or middleware.
Manage
data migration projects
, ensuring clean and accurate data within HubSpot.
Collaborate with developers, marketers, and sales teams to deliver end-to-end HubSpot solutions.
Provide
training, support, and best practices
to stakeholders and end-users.
Audit existing HubSpot setups and recommend process improvements.
Ensure compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and data governance policies.

Required Skills & Expertise

Strong hands-on experience with
HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, and CMS Hub
.
Solid knowledge of
HubSpot workflows, automation, reporting, and dashboards
.
Experience with
HubSpot APIs
and integrations using tools like Zapier, Workato, or Operations Hub.
Familiarity with
HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
for light HubSpot CMS customization.
Strong understanding of
sales funnels, lead management, and marketing automation
.
Experience in
data migration, cleansing, and CRM structuring
.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
Knowledge of
data compliance regulations
(GDPR, CCPA).
