Role Overview: As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you will be the backbone of our marketing campaigns, ensuring seamless execution, tracking, and optimization of automated workflows using HubSpot. Youll work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to create meaningful engagement with our target audience, drive lead generation, and nurture prospects through the funnel. Key Responsibilities: 1. HubSpot Management: Manage and optimize HubSpot CRM, marketing automation, and reporting tools. Build and maintain email templates, workflows, landing pages, and forms. 2. Campaign Execution: Plan, execute, and monitor automated marketing campaigns (email, drip, and nurture sequences). Segment audiences for personalized communication based on buyer personas, behavior, and demographics. 3. Lead Generation & Nurturing: Create strategies for lead acquisition, scoring, and nurturing to improve conversion rates. Collaborate with sales to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads and maintain alignment on goals. 4. Performance Analysis: Track and analyze the performance of campaigns (open rates, CTR, conversions, etc.). Provide actionable insights to optimize workflows and improve ROI. 5. Content Collaboration: Partner with the content team to align messaging and develop compelling email/landing page content. 6. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends in marketing automation, tools, and strategies. Suggest and implement innovations to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing processes. What Were Looking For: Experience: 2-5 years in marketing automation, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment. Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with HubSpot (certifications are a plus). Knowledge of email marketing best practices, A/B testing, and segmentation. Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in tracking, reporting, and optimizing campaigns based on data insights. Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar tools is a bonus. Creativity & Enthusiasm: A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Passion for creating meaningful connections with customers and prospects. Soft Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. High attention to detail and time management capabilities. You will be the go-to person for anything HubSpot, from managing deal workflows to enabling sales leaders with actionable insights. If you're passionate about clean data, structured reporting, and scaling GTM systems, this is the role for you. **HubSpot Management:** - Configure and manage deal ownership rules, pipeline stages, and CRM structure to reflect accurate sales processes. - Design and optimize automated workflows to improve sales efficiency and data consistency. - Maintain user permissions, pipeline settings, custom properties, and integrations. **Dashboards:** - Build and maintain real-time dashboards for Sales Leadership, Founders, and Investors. - Create tailored reports to track KPIs across BD reps, deal health, conversion funnels, and forecasting accuracy. **Governance & CRM Audit:** - Regularly audit HubSpot for data integrity, completeness, and hygiene. - Ensure CRM fields, pipeline entries, and activities are updated and compliant with internal processes. - Run monthly deal desk audits to validate pipeline health and representation. **Operations Support:** - Work alongside the BD team to optimize workflows, communication cadences, and playbooks. - Support internal/external stakeholder engagement through templated workflows and knowledge base management. - Provide administrative and process-driven support to help the BD team stay focused. **Ownership:** - Act as the point-of-contact with HubSpot for support queries, ticket resolution, user training, and license management. - Monitor and manage HubSpot billing, subscriptions, and renewal. **Required Skills:** - 3-5 years of experience, preferably in Sales Ops / Revenue Ops or CRM Admin roles. - Deep hands-on knowledge of HubSpot CRM, especially Deals, Workflows, Reporting, Lists, and Automation. - Prior experience in SaaS / Fintech / B2B sales environments is a must. - Exposure to high-growth journeys (0-1 or 1-10) and navigating scale challenges is a strong advantage. - Experience working in a multi-tier sales setup (SDRs, AEs, CSMs) is a plus. - HubSpot certifications (Admin, Reporting, Workflows, etc.) are a strong plus. - Strong attention to detail and a structured problem-solving mindset. - Excellent communication skills to translate CRM capabilities into business value. - Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Founders, and Support teams. - A proactive, ownership-driven attitude with a bias for action.,
