HubSpot Administrator & Configurator

As a skilled and detail-oriented HubSpot / GoHighLevel Administrator & Configurator, your role will involve managing, configuring, and optimizing CRM and marketing automation platforms. You will leverage your strong understanding of CRM workflows, marketing automation, integrations, and analytics to ensure seamless system operations, support sales and marketing teams, and drive business growth through automation and reporting. Key Responsibilities: - Platform Administration & Configuration - Set up, configure, and maintain HubSpot / GoHighLevel accounts, pipelines, dashboards, workflows, and automation rules. - Manage user access, permissions, and security compliance. - Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and governance across CRM systems. - Workflow & Automation Management - Design, implement, and optimize automation for lead capture, nurturing, and engagement. - Create and configure workflows, triggers, sequences, and campaigns to support sales & marketing. - Build custom forms, landing pages, and email templates. - Reporting & Analytics - Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reports for marketing, sales, and operations. - Provide insights into lead generation, campaign effectiveness, and pipeline performance. - Track ROI and recommend optimization strategies. - Support & Training - Act as the primary system administrator for HubSpot / GoHighLevel. - Provide training and support to internal teams on platform best practices. - Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with vendor support as needed. You will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient functioning of CRM and marketing automation platforms, supporting various teams within the organization, and driving business growth through automation, reporting, and user training.,
