Hub Leader

As an AI Hub Leader at Linde, you will play a crucial role in supporting the continuous development, scaling, and operations maintenance of Linde's global AI and digital products. Your primary responsibility will be to advance Linde's AI strategy, driving growth, innovation, and productivity through AI technologies. You will also act as a central point for collaboration, talent development, and delivery excellence across the global ecosystem. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading the Bengaluru AI Hub and managing a diverse team of AI and digital talents, such as data scientists, software engineers, commercial leads, and adoption leads under a matrix reporting line. - Building and retaining top talent, cultivating a dynamic and collaborative work environment, and aligning product roadmaps with the Global AI & Digital Portfolio. - Collaborating with global and regional functions to drive measurable impact, ensuring alignment with Linde's global AI strategy, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, and spearheading transformation initiatives to enhance operations, customer experience, and business outcomes. - Engaging with external partners, universities, and vendors to support innovation and growth. To excel in this role, you should have: - Proven leadership experience with the ability to build and retain high-performing teams. - A collaborative mindset, international experience, and cross-cultural fluency. - Strong interest in driving transformation through AI and digital innovation, understanding of AI and digital technologies and their business applications, familiarity with software product development and modern digital delivery practices, and experience in a global matrix organization. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, along with knowledge of AI and digital applications in industrial or B2B environments.
