Job Title: Faculty in HSE

Job Type: Full-Time

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree 0r B.Tech is required.

NEBOSH /iosh /safety diploma

Previous teaching or industry experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities:

Course Instruction:

Develop and deliver high-quality lectures, laboratory sessions, and workshops in petroleum engineering.

Create and update course materials to ensure relevance and alignment with industry standards.

Foster an engaging learning environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking.

Curriculum Development:

Contribute to the development and enhancement of the petroleum engineering curriculum.

Integrate industry best practices, emerging technologies, and research findings into course content.

Research and Scholarly Activities:

Conduct research in the field of petroleum engineering, with a focus on contributing to industry knowledge and innovation.

Publish research findings in reputable journals and present at conferences.

Encourage and support students in research projects.

Student Advising:

Provide academic and career advising to students pursuing petroleum engineering degrees.

Mentor and guide students in research projects, internships, and other practical experiences.

Industry Engagement:

Foster relationships with industry professionals and organizations to enhance student opportunities for internships, co-op programs, and networking.

Stay current with industry trends and advancements to inform teaching and research.

Collaboration:

Collaborate with fellow faculty members on interdisciplinary projects and initiatives.

Engage in departmental meetings, committees, and other activities to contribute to the overall academic community.
