Job Summary

HSE Incharge

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies and procedures in alignment with company and statutory standards
Lead site-level safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments across multiple project locations
Investigate incidents, prepare detailed reports, and ensure corrective actions are executed effectively
Conduct HSE training, toolbox talks, and induction programs for staff and contractors
Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and waste management protocols
Maintain and update safety documentation, permits, and certifications
Collaborate with project managers and engineers to integrate safety into planning and execution
Monitor and enforce the use of PPE and safe work practices
Coordinate emergency response plans and conduct regular drills
Liaise with government and regulatory bodies for inspections and approvals
Mentor and guide site HSE officers, ensuring consistent safety standards across all locations

Key Skills Required

Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices in construction and infrastructure
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple sites and teams
Proficiency in incident investigation and root cause analysis
Familiarity with ISO standards and safety management systems
