Role and Responsibility:

• you will be managing recruitment, interview process, offer preparation, On - boarding, off - boarding, exit interview and experience letter.
• Nurture a positive working environment
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Must have good knowledge of recruitment.
• Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.

Qualifications:

• Graduation in any stream or MBA specialized in HR
• 2 - 5 years of experience in progressively responsible human resource role.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
