HRO Delivery Lead

As an HRO Delivery Lead - Senior Manager based in Bangalore/Mumbai/Kolkata, you will be responsible for leading the Governance to Account Shared Service Program. Your role will involve driving process rigor, ensuring business outcomes, enhancing customer experience, maintaining controls & compliance, and establishing strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders. You will play a vital role in staffing programs by identifying the right skill sets, facilitating timely onboarding, and providing necessary training. Additionally, you will be accountable for the P&L (Revenue & Margin) for the aligned account. Collaborating cross-functionally with stakeholders, you will drive HRO business process improvements to simplify operations, accelerate cost savings, enhance employee experience, and improve overall effectiveness. Your role will also involve transitioning each delivery account towards Cognitive operations by leveraging Robotics, Analytics, AI, and Agentic AI effectively. You should be adept at using critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve issues and identify opportunities for improvement. Key Skills required for this role include expertise in HIRE TO RETIRE and HRO OPERATIONS. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and possess a strong background in ITES/BPO/KPO industry.
