Position Name-Payroll Specialist Function-Human Resources What do you drive for us? This position is responsible for smooth, on time and accurate Payroll and Full and Final processing for all employees and expats associated with Randstad India. Shall also be responsible for designing and driving an effective, compliant HR Operations process. What a typical day at work would look like? Responsible for monthly on time and accurate Payroll processing and Full and Final processing, while guiding and validating the Vendor's data processing and work alongside the Finance team. Ensuring all compliance norms including Min wages are adhered to. Responsible for timely initiation of BGV for new joiners. Design and drive effective HR Operations process through various COEs (LHRs/HRBPs etc.) and through Technology enhancements. Partner with Vendors (HRMS, Payroll, Tax Advisors, BGV, Medical Insurance, Expat Salary advisors etc.) to ensure a smooth and accurate process defined as per SOPs. Support in Audit requirements (Internal and External). How are you getting assessed? (Listed below are the key performance goals for the role. Internal Interactions: HRBPs/LHR coordinate for various HR Process (PAN India). Finance for collecting data and sharing data (PAN India). External Interactions HR process vendors coordinate for executing HR processes (PAN India). HRMS automation Vendors Guide on the requirement and support Through the development and implementation phase (PAN India). Consultation and advisors Seek input on various matters that need expert inputs ( PAN India).
