Job Description

As an HRIS Delivery Analyst, your primary role will involve serving as a key resource in supporting the management and optimization of HR applications, with a primary focus on Oracle HCM Cloud. You will collaborate closely with IT and HR stakeholders to develop, implement, and enhance HR systems. Your main responsibility will be to support the technical footprint of our HRIS landscape, with a specific emphasis on Oracle HCM Cloud. Your responsibilities will include contributing to the management and optimization of all relevant HR applications, taking ownership of Oracle HCM technical system configuration, conducting thorough business analysis to understand the needs and objectives of the HR department and other stakeholders, and gathering detailed requirements for Oracle HCM system enhancements and new implementations. You will work on translating business requirements into functional/technical specifications and system configurations, and collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate and efficient implementation of requirements. In terms of basic requirements, you must hold a bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees and HRIS certifications, such as Oracle HCM Cloud certification(s), will be considered a plus. Additionally, you should have a minimum of 7 years of HRIS experience, with at least 5 years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud. Experience in a global or multi-country company is beneficial, as well as technical knowledge in data and integration tools & methods in Oracle Cloud. Your technical knowledge should include a strong understanding of HR processes and data, hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, and familiarity with Oracle release management, regression testing, and troubleshooting. Strong technical and business acumen, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication skills are essential for this role. You will be part of the Group IT HRIS team, which is responsible for managing and maintaining Carmeuse's HR IT landscape. The team consists of IT professionals with a strong HR business acumen, based in various locations, supporting Carmeuse's HR business process leads and other HR stakeholders.
