Technical Knowledge A strong technical acumen, including strong experience on data and integration tools & methods in Oracle Cloud, such as HDL, HSDL, HCM Extracts, Rest API and BIP. More broadly, the ability to understand and work with complex HR systems, troubleshoot system issues, and learn new technologies quickly. Knowledge of SQL, HTML, and XML is a plus.
