HRD Executive / L&D

We need an experienced HRD professional to help our employees learn and grow. You'll be central to creating and managing training programs, helping our team improve their skills and careers.

• Lead Training: Design and deliver workshops and online learning programs.
• Manage Learning Tools: Oversee our e-learning platforms and resources.
• Support Performance: Help with employee reviews and development plans.
• Boost Careers: Identify growth opportunities for staff.
• Track Results: Measure the impact of our learning initiatives.
• Experience: 3-4 years in HR Development (HRD) or Learning & Development (L&D).
• Skills: Strong presentation, clear communication, organized, and comfortable with HR/learning software.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
