Department HR_Zone 2_HRBP_Team 3 Job posted on Jun 16, 2025 Employee Type Full Time Experience range (Years) 8 years - 13 years Job Role HRBP Officer Span HO Function Business HR Job Family Officer Reporting to (position) Zone HR Head/HRBP Manager Direct Reportees NA Job Context Job Purpose Responsible for smooth execution of all the HR generalist operations along with taking care of training and development, Payroll Inputs, Over Time Followups, legal and statutory compliances as well as performs the role of general administration Job Dimension Job Responsibilities Ensure all processes and procedures are in compliance with professional standards, legal, statutory and regulatory requirements Create and implement procedures and practices within the department pertaining to payroll, benefits, budgeting, maintenance of employee records, & HRMS (Human Resource Management System) - Plan & implement initiatives like KRA - KPI setting, performance reviews & appraisals, and promotions Plan and implement TA Strategy as per organizational plan. Ensure to hire right talent and complete all the joining formalities. Induct New Joiness on HR Plocies, Organizational Guidelines,Safety Rules,AMS. Ensure and act as an interface between Finance and Payroll for timely pay-outs of salaries to the employees Support all business functions and employees with matters relating to HR policies, processes, benefits, payroll, and statutory requirements Ensure to execute L&D Activities at Div Level and strive to achive dezired Training Mandays Target as per Organizational Goals. Ensure abidance to the organisations people & employment related policies by all departments, notify non-compliances, address complaints and resolve grievances of employees Manage external vendors eg. PF, mediclaim, professional tax consultants Ensure to complete Exit Formalities for employees. Train & develop team members to unleash their potential and provide them growth opportunities Taking lead in EMployee Engagement initiative at Div level.
