Job Description

As an Executive HRBP at our company based in Bangalore, you will be responsible for various aspects of human resources management. Your key responsibilities will include: - Employee Lifecycle Management: - Managing onboarding and induction programs for new hires to ensure seamless integration. - Updating employee records, HRMS (Workday), and compliance documentation. - Administering HR processes related to confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exits. - Conducting exit formalities including clearances, full & final settlements, and exit interviews. - Employee Engagement & Relations: - Collaborating with business leaders to address workforce needs and provide HR solutions. - Handling employee queries, grievances, and escalating issues as necessary. - Supporting initiatives to enhance employee engagement, culture building, and retention. - Performance & Compliance: - Supporting performance management cycles including goal setting, mid-year, and annual reviews. - Ensuring HR policies and practices comply with labor laws and organizational guidelines. - Assisting in audits, reporting, and compliance requirements. - Verifying salary calculations and coordinating with vendors for accurate disbursements. - Supporting annual compensation reviews, salary benchmarking exercises, and administering employee benefits programs. - Learning & Development: - Identifying training needs in collaboration with business leaders. - Supporting the design and delivery of training, workshops, and development programs. - Monitoring training effectiveness and maintaining L&D records. - Promoting a continuous learning culture through career development initiatives. Your role may also involve additional responsibilities such as supporting Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) initiatives, HR Analytics & Reporting, Policy Implementation, and Wellness Programs depending on the scope. You will be expected to demonstrate behavioral competencies including high emotional intelligence, change management skills, adaptability in a fast-paced environment, and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
