Key Responsibilities: Assist in statutory audits , tax audits , and internal audits of companies and firms. Support in preparation and filing of income tax returns , GST returns , and other regulatory compliances. Work on bookkeeping, accounting, and financial statement preparation . Conduct tax computations, reconciliations, and data analysis . Assist in ROC filings and other MCA-related work . Exposure to TDS, advance tax, and payroll compliances . Research and prepare memos, reports, and working papers . Coordinate with clients for documentation and data management. Skills & Competencies: Strong accounting and analytical skills. Working knowledge of MS Excel, Tally, and accounting software . Understanding of basic tax and audit concepts . Good communication and interpersonal skills.
