Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in statutory audits, tax audits, and internal audits of companies and firms.
• Support in preparation and filing of income tax returns, GST returns, and other regulatory compliances.
• Work on bookkeeping, accounting, and financial statement preparation.
• Conduct tax computations, reconciliations, and data analysis.
• Assist in ROC filings and other MCA-related work.
• Exposure to TDS, advance tax, and payroll compliances.
• Research and prepare memos, reports, and working papers.
• Coordinate with clients for documentation and data management.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong accounting and analytical skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, Tally, and accounting software.
• Understanding of basic tax and audit concepts.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
