HR Technology - Retainer ( On Contract)

As an HR Technology Associate, your role involves supporting the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of HR technology solutions to ensure efficient delivery of HR services and processes. You will collaborate with HR and IT teams to maintain data accuracy, streamline workflows, and enhance the employee experience through technology. Key Responsibilities: - Perform regular system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance. - Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with vendors for resolution. - Ensure accurate and timely entry, updating, and maintenance of employee data. - Generate reports and dashboards to support HR decision-making. - Assist in data migration during system upgrades or integrations. - Serve as the first point of contact for HR technology-related inquiries and issues. - Train HR staff and end-users on system functionalities and updates. - Analyze current HR processes to identify opportunities for automation and improvement. - Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement new workflows and features. - Ensure HR technology practices align with data privacy regulations. - Monitor system security and recommend enhancements as needed. - Assist in evaluating and selecting HR technology vendors and solutions. - Maintain relationships with technology providers to ensure service quality. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. - Experience: 3-5 years of experience in HRIS/HR technology or related roles. - Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. - Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with SQL or other database tools is a plus.,
