HR Recruiter – In-House Recruitment

We are hiring an HR Recruiter to manage recruitment for our packaging business. You will take ownership of each vacancy, from understanding the hiring requirement and finding suitable candidates to coordinating interviews, following up on offers and confirming joining.

Key responsibilities

• Work with department heads to understand each vacancy, define the candidate profile and agree on hiring priorities.
• Write and publish job descriptions and actively source candidates through job portals, referrals and professional networks.
• Screen résumés and conduct initial phone interviews to assess relevant experience, communication skills, salary expectations and availability.
• Shortlist candidates and coordinate interviews for roles across sales, accounts, purchase, administration and operations.
• Collect interview feedback promptly, keep candidates informed and resolve scheduling delays.
• Coordinate approved offers, collect joining documents and follow up with selected candidates until they join.
• Maintain a recruitment tracker and report weekly on open vacancies, interview outcomes, pending offers and expected joining dates.

Candidate profile

• Hands-on experience in recruitment, including sourcing, screening and coordinating interviews.
• Ability to manage several vacancies at once and follow through with candidates and hiring managers.
• Clear verbal and written communication and working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience hiring for manufacturing, packaging, trading or other B2B companies is preferred.
