🔍 Job Overview:We are looking for a dynamic Recruitment Specialist to manage our end-to-end hiring processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in full-cycle recruiting, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with clients to understand hiring needs and job specifications Write and post job descriptions on various platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) Source and screen potential candidates through databases, social media, and job portals Conduct interviews using reliable recruiting and selection tools Coordinate with hiring managers and clients to schedule and conduct interviews Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process Maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs ✅ Requirements & Skills: Proven work experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases Familiarity with job boards, resume databases, and social media networks Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or relevant field
