1.⁠ ⁠Factory HR Executive / MIS Executive Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month (CTC, depends on experience) Experience: 2–4 years Job Details: We are looking for a bold and active HR Executive for our Glass Factory. The person should know factory rules, employee management, and basic HR work. Main Work: Handle staff hiring, attendance, and salaries. Take care of ESIC, PF, and factory law records. Keep employee files and records updated. Solve worker issues and keep a positive work environment. Build a database of sales and marketing candidates from different industries. Requirements: Graduate with 4–5 years of HR experience. Must know ESIC, PF, and factory norms. Good communication and people-handling skills. Must be confident, responsible, and hardworking.
