Job Description

We are looking for a smart, proactive, and fast-working HR Recruiter who can independently handle end-to-end recruitment activities. The candidate must be confident in sourcing candidates through their own database, job portals, references, and other recruitment channels.

We need someone who is quick at understanding job requirements, sourcing relevant profiles, coordinating interviews, and closing positions within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions, particularly Electricians and technical staff.
• Source candidates through personal databases, job portals, references, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Maintain and build an independent database of candidates for future requirements.
• Recruit Electricians from different locations across Mumbai for Smart Electricity Meter Installation projects.
• Identify, screen, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and joining formalities.
• Maintain daily recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.
• Ensure a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates for urgent requirements.
• Develop new sourcing strategies to meet recruitment targets.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and deployment timelines.

Required Skills

• Must be smart, energetic, proactive, and quick in execution.
• Should have their own candidate database and sourcing network.
• Must be capable of sourcing candidates independently without depending entirely on job advertisements.
• Good knowledge of Naukri, Indeed, Apna, WorkIndia, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Must be target-oriented and capable of working under deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of Excel and recruitment trackers.

Preferred Candidate

We are specifically looking for someone who can independently source candidates, build a strong database, and deliver profiles quickly. Candidates who only depend on incoming applications or wait for candidates to apply should not apply.

Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
