IT Recruiter

Roles & Responsibilities

Handle the end-to-end recruitment process for IT positions (developers, testers, cloud engineers, DevOps, data roles, etc.)
Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and databases
Conduct preliminary technical & HR screening
Coordinate interviews with technical panels and hiring managers
Negotiate salary, notice period, and onboarding timelines
Maintain accurate recruitment dashboards and reports
Build relationships with candidates and maintain a strong talent pipeline
Work closely with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and priorities
Achieve monthly hiring targets and SLA timelines

Skills Required

Strong knowledge of IT skills, roles, and technical terminologies
Hands-on experience with portals like Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Instahyre, etc.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Experience handling multiple requirements simultaneously
Strong screening, interviewing, and assessment skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Qualification

Any Graduate / MBA (HR preferred)
1-4 years of IT recruitment experience
