Job Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and onboarding. Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems. Assist in drafting HR policies, offer letters, appointment letters, and notices. Handle payroll coordination and statutory compliance (ESIC, PF, etc.). Organize staff training, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions. Coordinate between departments for manpower planning and staffing needs. Ensure smooth implementation of HR practices and labor law compliance. Maintain a healthy work environment and address employee grievances. Required Skills: Bachelor's degree in HR / Management / related field. Knowledge of labor laws and HR practices. Good communication skills (written & verbal) in English, Hindi & Odia. Basic knowledge of MS Office and HR management software/tools. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Preferred: Experience in HR roles within manufacturing, trading, or educational sectors. Knowledge of tender documentation and project staffing.
