Proficiency in Telugu or Hindi speaking

Qualification: Graduation or Post Graduation

Shift: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Work Mode: Work From Office

Location: Ashok Nagar, Chennai ( Near to Kasi Theatre )

Industry: Bulk Hiring for BPO and RCM

Job Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment process for BPO hiring and RCM.
• Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
• Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews.
• Coordinating interviews and follow-ups with hiring managers.
• Maintaining a candidate database and preparing reports.
• Handle candidate communication in Telugu and Hindi.
