Job Description:
We are hiring a dedicated and energetic HR Recruiter to manage hiring needs, screen candidates, and help onboard new employees. This role provides real learning opportunities and hands-on HR experience for both freshers and experienced candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify hiring needs and write job descriptions
Post jobs on portals, social media, and internal networks
Source candidates through various channels
Screen applications and conduct interviews
Coordinate final interviews with management
Assist in employee onboarding and orientation
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
1 year of recruitment experience (preferred)
Strong communication & coordination skills
Basic computer knowledge
Freshers interested in HR are welcome
Work Schedule & Attendance Policy:
Day/Morning Shift
4 Offs Per Month (Can Be Taken During Weekdays)
Must Be Available on Weekends and During Festivals
