HR Recruiter Cum Placement officer

We are hiring an active and confident HR Recruiter cum Placement Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment, and a positive attitude. Male and female candidates can apply, and we welcome both freshers and experienced candidates. Experienced candidates should have good knowledge of recruitment processes, candidate sourcing, screening, conducting interviews, coordinating with department heads, and maintaining candidate databases. The role also involves handling placement activities, building connections with companies, and supporting students or trainees with job opportunities. Applicants must be self-motivated, organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Training will be provided for freshers, and salary will be based on skills and experience.
