About the Company

Akhildev IPR Research & Services is looking for a dedicated and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate should have experience in talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and end-to-end recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage the complete recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.

· Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, and other job portals.

· Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.

· Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

· Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

· Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, feedback, and selection.

· Understand hiring requirements and close vacancies within the required timelines.

· Assist with offer letters, joining formalities, and onboarding activities.

Required Qualifications and Skills

· 0–2 years of experience in HR recruitment or talent acquisition.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills.

· Hands-on experience with job portals and candidate sourcing techniques.

· Good interpersonal, coordination, and negotiation skills.

· Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet recruitment targets.

· Proficiency in MS Office and maintaining recruitment records.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
