About the Role

HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage

  end-to-end recruitment lifecycle

  : sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and define job descriptions.
• Source candidates through

  job portals, social media, references, and networking

  .
• Maintain candidate databases and manage recruitment dashboards.
• Ensure a

  positive candidate experience

  throughout the hiring process.
• Support HR operations including offer rollouts, joining formalities, and documentation.

Key Requirements:

• 14 years of experience in

  recruitment / HR operations

  (consultancy or corporate).
• Strong knowledge of

  sourcing techniques

  (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to

  work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines

  .
• Highly self-motivated, organized, and a team player.
• Graduate degree in HR / Management (MBA HR preferred, not mandatory).
