HR Placement

• LinkedIn, alumni networks, job portals, college placement tabs, competitor websites, and IT/Non-IT companies hiring for tech roles.
• Build and maintain a structured database of company leads.
• Conduct regular follow-ups to nurture leads and generate new opportunities.
• Share program details.
• Request relevant job descriptions (JDs).
• Collect and document accurate, role-specific JDs from companies.
• Coordinate and support interview processes between companies and candidates.
• Obtain offer letters or official confirmations for selected candidates.
• Collect testimonials from both hiring companies and placed candidates.
• Facilitate the signing of Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) for long-term collaboration with corporates.
• Maintain records of interview feedback and company insights.
• Ensure consistent communication and follow-up with companies for ongoing hiring needs and new JD requests.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
