Job Description

You will be responsible for managing Statutory Compliances related to PF and ESIC, including handling employee queries and knowing the process of PF Transfer, withdrawal, advance, joint declaration, death claims, etc. You will be expected to extensively use Excel to update and manage compliances efficiently. Additionally, you may be assigned other tasks as required. To excel in this role, you should be people-oriented and results-driven with a good understanding of HR systems and databases. You should also possess the ability to design and implement effective strategies, coupled with strong leadership skills. This is a Full-time, Permanent position with benefits including Provident Fund. The work location is in person.,
