Operating in 180+ countries, we design and deliver people-first solutions powered by cloud-based technology helping organizations grow and enabling workforces to perform at their best.Learn more at www.stradaglobal.comStrada is looking for a HR Operations Senior Project and Processes ManagerThe candidate must have experience in previous similar HR Operations roles, able to understand the key strategic fundamentals of such function.We are looking for a strategic thinker that will be assisting the HR Operations Director in the planning, implementation and execution of the global HR Operations Roadmap.This profile will closely collaborate with our global HR CoEs, HRBPs and other business parties to successfully implement the HR Operations strategy and providing inputs and recommendations to improve related processes and steer key programs initiatives.This senior profile will lead both Processes focused resources and Project leaders and will be accountable for all aspects of the project life cycle (initiate, plan, execute, communicate, control, close). The candidate must also have a very hands on attitude, able to pick any complex initiative and manage end to end.Must be familiar with HRIS architecture, Payroll, Systems integrations and dealing with third party vendors as needed.

Main Responsibilities

  • Complex projects and program leadership from conception to go live, able to lead but also to provide key inputs that will actually shape the final outcome and results
  • Manage the Strada Pay global rollout, comply to the Managed Payroll Service methodology and able to re-organize HR Operation (including PY) processes in compliance with the new HR Operations scope
  • Re-shape the current Operating model/processes affecting the HR Ops team and the broader collaboration with other important HR areas like Talent, Reward and HRBPs in general
  • Makes project decisions and recommendations about schedules, prioritization, and resource allocation
  • Works closely with Resource Managers/Team Leads to ensure adequate allocation of resources.
  • Masters the organization, preparation, collection of the needful HR Operations material, including SOPs, Work Instructions, SharePoints locations etc
  • Documents high-level risks, assumptions, and constraints. Develops and tracks risk mitigation and issue resolution plans, recommend and implement approved actions and workarounds required to mitigate or minimize risk.
  • Interacts independently with all functional and business areas/ groups affected by the project, including senior and/or executive management
  • Communicates and reports status to executives and all other stakeholders e.g., Status Reports, Executive Briefings
  • Interact with Strada vendors as needed
  • Drives HR Operations processes improvement initiatives as required

Professional background

  • Strong HR Operations management background with 5+ years in a senior project management role
  • Strong understanding of HR Operations priorities, in adherence with the PY and employee's lifecycle
  • Able to communicate at all levels consistently, effectively, providing solutions where necessary
  • Experience working in a global, multicultural and fast paced environments
  • Experience communicating effectively to leadership

Education and knowledge

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of HR Ops team leadership experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Resourceful, confident under pressure, and proven problem-solving skills.
  • HR Consulting, payroll and outsourcing industry experience.
  • Vendor management experience.
  • Fluent in English (written, oral). any other languages is a meaningful plus
