Job Description

Payroll Administration: Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, including compliance with statutory deductions and reporting. HR Compliance: Maintain compliance with labor laws and company policies, handling audits and documentation. HR Systems & Data Management: Manage HRIS (Human Resource Information System) for accurate employee data tracking and reporting. Employee Engagement Support: Collaborate on engagement programs, welfare initiatives, and feedback mechanisms. Policy Implementation: Communicate and enforce HR policies while ensuring consistent application across teams. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain and organize employee files, contracts, and HR documentation for audits and legal purposes. Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors for payroll, benefits administration, and other HR services. Experience • 5-7 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role. Proven experience managing payroll, compliance, and HR systems. Strong understanding of labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices. Skills • Excellent organizational and process management skills. Strong proficiency in HRIS platforms and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
