Role Description

This is a part-time, remote role for an HR & Operations Intern. The intern will assist with day-to-day human resource activities, including the creation and implementation of HR policies, supporting personnel management, and facilitating employee benefit programs. The role also includes tasks related to HR management and ensuring smooth organizational operations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies
• Familiarity with Employee Benefits and Personnel Management processes
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Experience or educational background in HR or related fields is a plus
