Experience in handling HR and Administration activities

Policies and compliance

• Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with all State and local employment laws
• Awareness on labor laws and company policies
• Manage employee records in compliance with policy and legal requirements

Employee relations and performance

• Address employee grievances, disputes, and disciplinary matters
• Conduct investigations into employee complaints
• Manage performance reviews and assist with performance-related issues
• Advise on employee performance and support staff development

Benefits and compensation

• Provide information on benefits programs and answer employee questions
• Assist with accurate and timely payroll processing

Training and development

• Coordinate and implement employee training and development programs
• Create training strategies and organize development activities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
