Job Description

Hiring – HR Officer (Legal & Labour)

Location: Gandhidham
Salary: ₹40,000 per month
Experience: 3–6 Years
Qualification: Graduate / MBA (HR)

Key Responsibilities:

Handling labour laws, statutory compliance & industrial relations
Managing factory act, contract labour act, and other HR legal requirementsLiaising with government departments and labour officesMaintaining employee records, registers & documentation as per legal normsAssisting in disciplinary actions and compliance auditsSupporting HR operations including attendance, payroll coordination & grievance handling

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
