Key Roles & Responsibilities :

HR Policies & Implementation

• Ensure smooth execution of

  HR policies and employee procedures

• Develop and manage

  employee benefits, leave policies, and performance evaluation systems

  .
• Maintain

  HR records and documentation

  as per company and legal requirements.

Recruitment & Talent Management

• Oversee

  end-to-end recruitment

  for various roles within the organization.
• Work with internal teams and HR consultants for

  talent acquisition

• Manage .

Payroll, Compliance & Statutory Regulations

• Ensure accurate

  payroll processing, attendance tracking, and deductions

  .
• Maintain compliance with

  PF, ESIC, gratuity, bonus, and labor laws

  .
• Coordinate with

  government authorities and auditors

  for statutory matters.

Employee Relations & Engagement

• Address

  employee grievances and foster a positive work environment

  .
• Organize

  training, development, and employee engagement activities

  .
• Ensure proper

  exit formalities and full & final settlements

  .

HR Coordination & Process Optimization

• Work closely with

  management, department heads, and external consultants

  to align HR strategies with business goals.
• Implement

  HR technology solutions for automation and efficiency

  .
• Identify areas for

  process improvement in HR operations

  .
