Job Description

Job Title: HR Manager Reports to: [HR Head] Location: [Lucknow] Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with our organization's goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of HR, including recruitment, talent management, employee relations, benefits, and compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment and Talent Management: - Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent. - Manage the hiring process, including job postings, interviews, and offers. - Identify and develop talent within the organization. 2. Employee Relations: - Foster a positive and inclusive work environment. - Manage employee conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary actions. - Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives. 3. Benefits and Compensation: - Develop and manage employee benefits programs. - Conduct market research to ensure competitive compensation packages. 4. Compliance: - Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies. - Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain a compliant work environment. 5. Performance Management: - Develop and implement performance management systems. - Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field. - Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role. - Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
