Job Description

**Key Responsibilities :**
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and recruitment strategies.- Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing candidates to onboarding.- Coordinate with HR team members to ensure smooth joining formalities for new hires.- Provide HR assistance to employees as needed, including answering questions about benefits, leaves, and policies.- Support the implementation of HR programs and initiatives.- Maintain confidentiality of all personnel information.

**Job Requirements :**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.- Proficient in HR coordination,

- HR generalist activities,

-HR operations,

- HR assistance,

-HR administration,

-HR management,

- Having knowledge of compliances and audits

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
