Job Description

As an HR Trainee at Welcare Hospital, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional healthcare environment. Your role will involve supporting various HR functions and contributing to the overall success of the department. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes - Supporting employee relations activities - Helping to organize training and development initiatives - Participating in HR projects and initiatives as needed **Qualifications Required:** - Graduates or pursuing post-graduation in HR/Management - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Eagerness to learn and contribute to HR functions At Welcare Hospital, you will have the chance to work with an experienced team and receive real-time HR exposure. Additionally, upon successful completion of the 3-6 month internship, you will be awarded a Certificate of Completion. Please note that this is an unpaid internship opportunity. In this role, you will be expected to work full-time in a rotational shift schedule at our in-person work location. As part of our benefits package, you will have access to paid sick time and paid time off.
