Job Description

We are seeking an intern to assist in a key project focused on building the process foundation. The intern will be involved in documenting existing processes, creating professional documentation, and mapping processes to support project goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in MS Office (especially Advanced Excel & PowerPoint), excellent communication abilities, and a foundational understanding of data, metrics, and KPIs. This position requires flexibility in working hours, including US hours. Having the intern candidate based in our Hyderabad, India office would be ideal to meet the requirements. Roles & Responsibilities: Process Documentation and Mapping: Assist in capturing and documenting current processes in a clear and structured format. Help create professional process maps and flowcharts to visualize processes. PowerPoint and Presentation Support: Design, format, and refine PowerPoint presentations to support project milestones, updates, and deliverables. Ensure presentations are clear, visually appealing, and aligned with project objectives. Advanced Excel Data Modelling and Analysis: Leverage advanced Excel functions (eg, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, macros) to manage large datasets, perform scenario analysis, and develop complex models for cost estimation, budgeting, and financial forecasting, providing valuable insights for decision-making. Communication Support: Draft emails, reports, and internal communications to keep stakeholders informed. Assist with preparing and delivering project updates to the team or management. General Project Support: Provide general administrative and project support as needed. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure deadlines are met. Qualifications: Management graduate with a specialization in HR/Finance . Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Basic understanding of data, metrics, and KPIs. Ability to work in flexible shifts, including US hours. Ideal Candidate: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks. Eager to learn, adaptable, and proactive. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills. This internship will provide valuable experience in process management, documentation, and data analysis within a dynamic transformation project.
