Internship Overview

Join our dynamic HR team at My Elegant Group, where you won't just be an intern—you'll be a performance-driven Talent Acquisition Partner focused on hiring high-performing Channel Partners for Real Estate Sales.

This is a performance-based internship with high earning potential of up to ₹6.25 Lakhs in 3 months through an incentive structure.

Key Responsibilities

• Hire up to 25 Channel Partners for Real Estate Sales.
• Ensure each hired Channel Partner achieves:
• 5 Site Visits
• 1 Mandate Sale
• Track performance and maintain onboarding records.
• Coordinate with the Sales & CRM teams to ensure partner productivity.
• Regular follow-ups with assigned Channel Partners to achieve KPIs.

Incentive Structure

• ₹25,000 incentive per HR INTERN once the CP achieves:
• 5 Site Visits + 1 Sale
• Maximum 25 CPs per HR Intern
• Potential Earnings in 3 Months:
• Best Case (25 CPs): ₹6,25,000
• Average Case (10 CPs): ₹2,50,000
