Role Overview

As an HR Intern, youll support day-to-day HR activities including candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and documentation. Youll gain experience with recruitment platforms, HR tools, and internal communication processes in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various roles

Coordinate interview scheduling and follow-ups with candidates and hiring teams

Maintain and update HR databases and documentation

Support onboarding and induction activities

Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and feedback collection

Help draft and format job descriptions for multiple platforms

Requirements

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Strong communication and organizational skills

Familiarity with recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Internshala, etc.)

Basic understanding of HR processes and documentation standards

Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
