Job Description

Position: HR Executive
Department: Human Resources
Location: Thane
Experience: 2–4 Years

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment, including job posting, candidate screening, interviews, selection and joining formalities.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave and personnel files.
Manage PF, ESIC, PT, LWF and other statutory HR compliances, including registrations, monthly filings and related documentation.
Coordinate with consultants/agencies and government authorities for statutory compliance matters.
Prepare and maintain employment letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, experience/relieving letters and other HR documents.
Assist in payroll inputs, salary-related documentation and employee queries.
Ensure timely completion of joining, confirmation, transfer and exit formalities.
Maintain HR registers, compliance records and documentation as required.
Assist management in implementation of HR policies and office procedures.
Handle routine employee grievances and coordinate for their resolution.

Skills & Qualifications

Graduate in HR/Personnel Management or equivalent; MBA/PG Diploma in HR preferred.
2–4 years of experience in HR operations and recruitment.
Practical knowledge of PF, ESIC, PT and other statutory compliances.
Good communication, coordination and documentation skills.
Working knowledge of MS Office/Excel and HR-related software.
Ability to independently handle routine HR activities and statutory compliance work.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
