Job Description: - Time keeping: Monitor and record employee attendance and working hours accurately. - Payroll Processing: Help in calculating employee salaries, overtime, and deductions. - Compliance: Ensure all payroll activities follow company policies and legal requirements. - Mediclaim: Extend support to employees for medical intimation and processing - cashless and reimbursement process, escalating the matter if required to Central team for emergency cases. - Reporting: Generate and maintain payroll reports and records. - Support: Assist employees with payroll-related queries and issues. - Coordination: Work with Central Payroll team to ensure smooth payroll operations. Skills Needed: - Basic knowledge of payroll systems. - Good understanding of labour laws and regulations. - Attention to detail and accuracy. - Strong organizational and communication skills. - Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
