Job Description:
We are hiring an HRBP Executive for Bigbasket at the Vadodara location.
Key Requirements:
· Female candidates preferred
· 1-4 years of experience in HR operations, employee handling & engagement
· Prior experience in Retail, FMCG, Warehouse, or Quick Commerce preferred
· Must have good communication skills in Hindi,& English
· Ability to handle employee queries, grievances, and day-to-day HR tasks
· Ready for on-ground HR activities, including store/warehouse visits when needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
