HR Executive (Learning & Development)

As an Assistant Manager HR & Administration at our company, your role will involve taking full ownership of HR operations, employee engagement, and office administration. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and the employee lifecycle. Additionally, you will oversee day-to-day office administration, vendor coordination, and facility management. Your role will also involve leading employee engagement, welfare activities, and internal communications. You will contribute to behavioural training and coaching initiatives by researching, preparing, and conducting sessions for small teams and groups. Ensuring policy implementation and maintaining HR records and systems will also be part of your responsibilities. Qualifications Required: - Minimum Graduate in Human Resource Management Studies/BMS - 6 months to 1 year of experience - Postgraduate degree in Human Resources/Industrial Psychology What You Bring: - 4-7 years of experience in HR and admin functions - Strong interpersonal and execution skills - Passion for people development and culture building Language & IT Proficiency: - English, Hindi, Marathi - MS Office (Word/Excel/PPT) Skills: - Proactive - Attention to Detail - Problem-solving skills - Strong communication skills If you are interested in this opportunity, please send your resume to resume@cargosol.com.
