Act as your respresentative atvendor or supplier meets when required. 2.Performance & Labour Handling Bridge between production manager and shop-floor labour for dispute handling or motivation. track attendance, discipline ,and job rotation with department heads. organize weekly reviews ( production+quality+audit+maintenance.) 3.HR. Systems & documentation. maintain employee files,attendance,leave & overtime records. create and update KPI sheets and monhly performance dashboards for each department. coordinate appraisal and incentive systems based on performance. 4.Reporting send weekly HR and manpower reports directly to you - covering attendance , hiring needs , and performance summaries.
